    Try first to remove blue silicone seal on switch and inject some contact spray inside.

    When mine start brass almost every time I bought only switch for replacement but first try spray. It is working for couple of months. And job is minimal, only remove top cover around stick.

    Look closely OMRON catalogue, you will find all info there.

    Picture you posted is only dimension diagram for D2HW-E serie, "ER" with pin on right(correct) and "EL" pin on left. Ther is NO D2HW-E231DL switch.

    Bei Ebay unter D2HW-E20 gibt es ihn ohne Schaltippe, die könnte ma ja übernehmen.!

    E20xx is not good, its without 2 pins on side to hold it in place...

    correct is D2HW-ER211H

    (ER) pin on right;

    (2)5v-12V; 2A max for 12V

    (1)- 0 : Pin plunger

    1 : Hinge lever

    2 : Long hinge lever

    3 : Simulated roller lever

    4 : Hinge roller lever

    5 : Straight leaf lever

    6 : Leaf lever

    7 : Simulated roller leaf lever

    8 : Long leaf lever

    (1)- 1:Pin or 3:molded lead wire;

    (H)-terminal for solder; (D) PCB terminal; (M) soldered wire

    So exact is D2HW-ER211H...can be used D2HW-ER201H D2HW-ER201M D2HW-ER203M D2HW-ER213M...etc. There is NON Omron with 3A specification, more robust...

    I remove blue silicone seal from switch and spray some contact spray inside, its working...Only need to remove upper cover arround gear shift, easy.

    SORRY FOR ENGLISH ;)
